The Island Packet offers a large wrap-around cockpit with cushions, folding table, icebox, shower and deluxe steering console. Lines lead aft for single-handed sailing. There is ample storage, a spacious foredeck for sunbathing and a large swim platform.
The interior is bright and light, and well ventilated with 22 opening hatches and ports. Varnished ash woodwork is featured throughout. The salon seating is forward with an L-shaped settee that converts to a double berth and folding dinette table. Port and starboard staterooms have large double berths and private heads with showers. The nav station and chart table are located to port of the companionway, The U-shaped galley is situated to starboard. There is abundant cabinet storage, a large pantry, 2- burner propane stove with oven, a 12 cubic ft. top-loading refrigerator and microwave.
